This Privacy Policy describes how MATTHEWS ZERULONIX TRADING LLC (“matthewszt,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit or buy from matthewszt.com (the “Site”). It includes disclosures under the Kentucky Consumer Data Protection Act (“KCDPA”) and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (“CCPA”).

1. Information we collect

  • Information you provide: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, order details and messages you send us.
  • Payment information: processed by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Automatically collected: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL and cookie identifiers.
  • From partners: fraud-prevention and delivery-status data from payment and shipping partners.

  • Process, ship and support your orders, including returns and warranty requests
  • Communicate with you about orders and respond to inquiries
  • Prevent fraud and keep the Site secure

3. Cookies

We use necessary cookies to operate the cart, checkout and account features, and may use analytics cookies to understand how the Site is used. You can control cookies in your browser. We treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising.

4. How we share information

We share personal information with service providers that help us operate the business: payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfillment partners, website hosting, email and analytics providers. 7. Kentucky residents (KCDPA)

Kentucky residents may exercise the rights in Section 6 under the Kentucky Consumer Data Protection Act. Email sales@matthewszt.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We will verify your request and respond within 45 days, which may be extended once by 45 additional days when reasonably necessary; we will tell you if we need the extension. If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by replying with the subject “Privacy Appeal” within a reasonable time; we will respond to your appeal in writing within 60 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact the Office of the Kentucky Attorney General at ag.ky.gov. We do not process sensitive data without your consent.

8. California residents (CCPA)

In the past 12 months we collected identifiers, commercial information (purchase history), internet activity and approximate geolocation from the sources and for the purposes described above, and disclosed them to the service-provider categories listed in Section 4. We have not sold or shared personal information, and we do not knowingly sell or share information of consumers under 16.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. Security

12. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the revised version with a new “Last updated” date.
